Our systems are comprised of a DVR unit with keyboard and mouse that has the capacity of either four, eight, sixteen, or thirty-two cameras (referred to as channels), a 17" CRT monitor, and high resolution color cameras (with the requisite power supply) in either a dome or bullet style depending on your specific application. Numerous optional cameras are available for any unique circumstances you may encounter.

All systems can be accessed from any computer on your facility's network, if so configured by your network administrator and password authorization is given by you. Different levels of password protection may be implemented for staff members that can restrict the cameras available for viewing by that individual. Viewing of the system is also available from any internet enabled computer, if appropriate access is granted and supported by your ISP. This will enable any designated individual to view any or all cameras from a remote computer.

Depending on the system configuration, video from all cameras will generally be available for review for a period of between two to four weeks. This is dependent on the hard drive size, the frame rates and resolution selected for the cameras, and actual activity on the cameras. Larger or smaller capacity units are available to fit your specific needs.

Specific events may be saved to CD-R disc via the built-in CD-R drive, or remotely on any computer with a CD-R or DVD-R drive running the Virtual Police software.

We have partnered with First Citizens Bank, Graybar Financial Services and Hibernia National Bank to offer extremely competitive lease options to our clients. We can provide three, four, and in some cases, five year lease options to our clients with a one dollar buy-out at the conclusion of the lease. By utilizing one of these programs, we can provide video surveillance for as little as three dollars a day.

With our All-Inclusive System, our staff of professional service technicians will maintain all equipment for the duration of the equipment lease. Any equipment failure will be addressed within 72 hours of initial reporting. There is a $35 trip charge for service calls, but all parts and labor of the repair are fully covered.

Alternatively, you may lease the Standard System. This program is covered by the manufacturer's 3 year warranty for the DVR and 1 year warranty for most cameras. In the unlikely event of a system failure, we can have one of our technicians repair your system at a rate of $75/hour.
